PAYMENTS:

Customers can pay for goods either online via PayPal (no account needed) using a credit card or a PayPal account, or by cheque (please make payable to Joe Zalucki). All methods of payment will be confirmed by e-mail. All prices are in $NZD. Once payments have been received your goods will be dispatched to you. To pay by cheque click here.

Please Note: We receive no bank details from the customer as payments are made through PayPal.

OUR GUARANTEE:

We guarantee your goods will be in good order. Each piece is checked before being dispatched, will be very well protected and sent by "First Class Post" or occasionally by "Guaranteed next day" delivery. In the unlikely event that upon receipt of your goods, you find they are damaged or broken, please contact us and return the product within 14 days and we will refund you. We value our customers.

PRIVACY NOTICE:

We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will never give any of your details including your e-mail address to any other persons.
