How do I order?

When you find an item you would like to order please click on the "Add to cart" button next to the item. You will be taken through to a Paypal page to process your order. If you would like to order more items simply click the "continue shopping" button. Once you are ready to checkout click on a "View Cart" button or if you are on the PayPal page click on "Checkout" and your order will be processed. To order goods using a cheque click here.

How secure is your online ordering and payment system?

We use PayPal to process our orders and payments, it's a totally secure way to buy online. We do not see any of your card details ourselves.

I have placed my order, what happens now?

Your payment will be confirmed by an email from PayPal. We will also send a copy of your order by email so you can double check on the items ordered. We will also send another email once your order has been dispatched, so you will have a clearer idea of when exactly it will arrive.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We try to keep stock of all the items listed, please allow 14 days for delivery within New Zealand. If we think an order is going to take longer we will let you know when we confirm your order.

How much will delivery cost?

All prices on this site include the cost of postage, packaging and delivery within New Zealand.

I live abroad how will I know how much postage is going to cost?

If placing an order from overseas then you can either view our "Packaging and Delivery" page to work out the added costs, or e-mail us with your location and the goods that you'd like to order, we will then get back to you with the best price we can find.

I would like to order an item but would like it delivered to someone else is this possible?

Yes we can deliver to a third party please e-mail us with details.

What is your policy for returns?

We want you to be happy when you shop with us, if not we will refund or replace all returns received within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in their original packaging at your expense.

What is your privacy policy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not divulge your personal information to any third party whatsoever. We only use your details to process your order. We do not collect (or even see) your credit card information as all orders are processed by PayPal.
