To ensure safe arrival all parcels containing glassware's and ceramics are securely packaged using layers of bubble wrap inside reinforced cardboard boxes. All silk products (except cards and framed paintings) will come in plain, reinforced postal tubes.

European orders are sent by air mail and Overseas orders (outside of Europe) will be shipped, taking up to 5 weeks to the U.S.A. and up to 6 weeks for further destinations but if you'd like your goods sent by air mail then email us and we will find the cheapest airmail service available at that time.

We dispatch goods as soon as the payment has cleared. For cheques this can take up to ten working days and for credit card and PayPal payments its usually just one working day.
